C’è grande soddisfazione nel vedere crescere i piloti
Uno vince, ma anche gli altri stanno facendo progressi: è il segno che il team lavora nella direzione giusta. Questo dà valore agli sforzi fatti finora e al progetto avviato.
La moto resta l’unico ambito in cui il team non riesce a dimostrare quanto vale perchè il potenziale è ancora più alto. Aiutare Bertola è ancora più sfidante: il suo talento è grande, ma non è ancora chiaro come riuscire a esprimerlo pienamente.
Resta comunque un’ultima prova, che il team affronterà con fiducia.
Occorre capire meglio che cosa possono dare, anche se a volte non è semplice.
I giovani sono una grande risorsa!
It is very satisfying to see all the riders improve. One wins, but the others are making progress too: this is a sign that the team is heading in the right direction. This validates the efforts made so far and the project we have embarked upon. The bike remains the only area where the team is unable to demonstrate its true worth, as its potential is even greater. Helping Bertola is an even greater challenge: he has immense talent, but it is not yet clear how to help him express it to the full. However, there is one final test remaining, which the team will tackle with confidence.
Young riders are a great asset. We need to gain a better understanding of what they can offer, even if this is not always easy.
